Account statements, information guides and other account-related information can be provided to the customer in any way preferable to him: in hand, by mail or e-mail, either by Internet-bank or Bank-customer system free of charge after filling the "Application for Provision of Information". Copies of statements are provided by the bank in accordance with specified tariffs.
1Current accounts are being opened for legal entities and individual proprietors only, and saving accounts are being opened for physical individuals.

Interests on the funds in the customer's account are calculated on the basis of nominal interest rate. The Bank has the right to annul agreements signed with the customer, if
