"Converse Bank" offers an opportunity for physical individuals (saving account) and legal entities (current account) to open and manage bank accounts with excellent conditions. Becoming "Converse Bank" clients gives the opportunity to manage accounts utilizing an on-line system and to exercise   Bank services in the head office and branches as well as to manage accounts through the Banks various ATM machines without visit the Bank.

The Bank opens an account(s) in AMD and/or FX currency for its customers, performs complex service of account(s) as well as all those settlement and cash-desk operations upon the customer's request, which are envisaged by the RA legal acts for the RA resident and non-resident legal entities and individuals.

The customer can perform input and withdrawal operations of funds with his accounts.

Input

  • Cash - the customer performs input at the moment of cash input
  • Non-cash - at the receipt of payment order

Withdrawal

Account statements, information guides and other account-related information can be provided to the customer in any way preferable to him: in hand, by mail or e-mail, either by Internet-bank or Bank-customer system free of charge after filling the "Application for Provision of Information". Copies of statements are provided by the bank in accordance with specified tariffs.

*This is applied only in cases when the account of the Customer is closed and the relationship with the Bank is canceled.

Please read the below stated very attentively:

Interests on the funds in the customer's account are calculated on the basis of nominal interest rate. The annual interest income shows how much profit it is possible to receive, if the interests received on the deposit are reinvested as a deposit. The Bank has the right to annul agreements signed with the customer, if

  • The customer has transgressed any of the points specified by the Agreement
  • There are other bases for that envisaged by the RA normative legal acts

Customers' rights to manage all bank accounts (saving, deposit and other) and funds can be restricted by court decision on the basis of applications submitted by the Judicial Acts Enforcement Bodies or Tax Bodies. The bank has no right to inform the account-holder about the account ban unless it has already put a ban on the accounts. The customer is immediately informed about the ban when performing the first operation in the bank with the banned account.

It is possible to exact funds from the customer's account without his order with the court decision on the basis of application submitted by the Judicial Acts Enforcement Bodies or Tax Bodies. These are reflected in the bank account statements of the customer, which are provided to the customer in accordance with a procedure coordinated between the bank and the customer.

Please be informed that according to the RA law "On Financial Ombudsman" you can submit for consideration of the Financial Ombudsman your property claims for services provided you by "Converse Bank" CJSC and the amount not exceeding AMD 10 million or the equal amount in foreign currency.
