Terms for opening insolvency
and special-purpose accounts
The following documents are required for opening insolvency accounts:
Documents to be presented by the Customer:
  • Verdict of the Court on acknowledgement of the organization's insolvency
  • Decision of the Court on "Appointment of insolvency manager"

Documents to be filled in the Bank forms:

 

  • Application for opening an account /for legal entities and sole entrepreneurs/ (fill in)
  • One pattern of the "card of specimen signatures and round stamp imprint" of the insolvency manager (fill in)

For opening special-purpose accounts the following documents are required: 

The special-purpose account can be opened only for Bank customers, already possessing all documents required for opening an account.

  • Application for opening a special-purpose account, stating the purpose thereof

The Customers should submit the originals or the certified by notary copies of the documents. If the Customer submits the originals the authorized person of the Bank must put a stamp "Authentic with the original" on all copied pages and properly signed, after which the legal entity should put the round seal of the company, whereas the individual just puts his/her signature, then the originals are returned to Customer.
