Individual clients have the right of submitting their claims, deriving from the bargain concluded between the bank and the client, for consideration of the Financial Ombudsman. The Bank has signed an agreement on relinquishment of the right to appeal decisions of the Financial Ombudsman, if the total size of the subject claim doesn't exceed AMD 250,000 (two hundred fifty thousand) or the equivalent in foreign currency, or if the total amount of transaction doesn't exceed AMD 500,000 (five hundred thousand) or the equivalent in currency.
Upon demand of any person the Bank will provide all information and documents as specified by Article 20 (part 3) and Article 43 (part 2) of the RA Law "On Banks and Banking", as well as by Articles 16, 120 and 126 (part 1) of the RA Law "On Securities Market".
Information is provided within 5 (five) banking days after receipt of the letter of demand.
