The principles of assessment of the work of "Converse Bank" CJSC Executive Management
Executive Management consists of Executive Director and Management Board.
To evaluate the work of the Executive Management, the Board of the Bank uses the following criteria:
- Implementation of the Action plan approved by the Board
- Implementation of decisions adopted by the Board
- Implementation of strategic plans approved by the Board
- Risk mitigation activities
- Effective management of current activities of the Bank
- Interest rate policy
- Human Resource policy
- The number of administrative infringements committed by the Bank or its leading staff, fixed in the Central Bank of RA and other authorities, and the degree of seriousness of such infringements.
