 The formulation of the individual loans provided by "Converse Bank" are directly done in the bank.
 Loans are approved or declined within three banking days upon receipt of the complete package of documents of the customer.
 The individual loans are provided in cash and non-cash.
 There is no minimal term defined for the loans.
 In the case of auxiliary services, the pricelist /average prices/ of services is established by the servicing company.
 In case the bank refuses to provide loan to the customer while informing the customer about it the bank is obliged to present the bases of refusal.
 The Bank cannot change the interest rate one-sidedly unless otherwise provided by the contract.
 The changes in foreign exchange rates may influence on your loan repayments.

 Your property (house, car and etc.) may be seized pursuant to the procedure defined by the law if you do not pay off the loan amount and the interests in time.
 In case of inappropriate paying off the loan amount and the interests, your data will be registered in the credit register.
 If after the sale of the pledged property the Bank will not be able to cover its claims in full volume, the Bank has the right of imposing enforcement on other property of the customer as specified by the RA Legislation.
