Setting Limit

1.For account holding customers of "Converse Bank" CJSC, thrice of net salary or other average monthly income or at double average positive balance for the last three months.

2 For employers' employees, who are the customers of Converse Bank CJSC and users of salary payment package, maximum at three net salaries, if no other limit is defined by the agreement.

3. For the customers who are not the account holders of Converse Bank CJSC, a determination is made based on the creditworthiness of the customers.

4. The credit limit under cash assets collateral is calculated in accordance with the Procedure on providing loans under cash assets collateral.

Procedure of repayment and calculation of interests

Transactions a customer entered into within each month are reflected in a monthly statement. The 25-th of every month is deemed a statement preparation day /in case of non-working day, the following working day/.

A customer is provided with a 15-day grace period from the statement preparation day, in which course no interest is collected if the portion of the used loan limit is paid in full.
Customer must repay at least 10% of the debt stated but not less than AMD 5.000, USD 10 and EUR 10 by the end of the grace period.
The Credit Limit used by a customer is recovered at the repaid amounts.
Interests are calculated on the non-repaid portion of liability formed at the end of grace period according to interest rates set by the Bank's tariffs at that moment.
The calculated interest is the aggregation of interests accrued from all the separate transactions for the period between transaction calculation and repayment of transaction amount.

Fines

If a customer fails to repay the minimum of debt formed in statement, a fine is levied from the card account at 1% of card account balance but no more than AMD 10 000.

In exceptional cases and depending on the place of card use and character of transaction, a credit limit may be exceeded as a result of one or several transactions, in which case a fine at 20% of the exceeded portion is calculated but no more than AMD 10 000.
