Notwithstanding the intensive migration of bank specialists, Ararat Ghukasyan's accession to the position of top-manager of "Converse Bank" has no precedents whatsoever, given the fact that Mr. Ghukasyan is a reputable top-manager with 12 years' work history in HSBC holding.
