of appealing

 

In that case, when the cardholder make complaints about the fact of his/her or his/her guest's visit/, the complaint is developed through the Bank against the Priority Pass program.

Receiving the complaint the Priority Pass program in the presence of the "Visit application" signed by the cardholder presents it to the Bank.

In cases, when the "Visit application" is not appropriately filled in and signed, Priority Pass program returns the claimed amount to the cardholder without any fines.
