AGREEMENT ON PARTICIPATION IN "MY CONVERSE" SYSTEM

1. Description and functions of the system

1.1.Hereunder "Converse Bank" Closed Joint-Stock Company (incorporated through the resolution # 5 of the RA Central Bank Board dtd September 13, 1996, registration number 57, certificate # 0164, address: 26/1 Vazgen Sargsyan, Republic Square, Yerevan) /hereinafter "the Bank"/ in accordance with the procedure specified in chapter 2 herewith shall authorize the Customer to use the "My Converse" software system /hereinafter "the System"/.

1.2.The System provides the below options:

-Plain viewing of the Customer's accounts /bank, deposit, current, saving, card, credit/ with the Bank

-Computer-based completion and submission of applications for specific services offered by the Bank, the terms of the option established for each service separately

2. Procedure of user authorization

2.1.Hereby the Customer confirms that all the data /hereinafter "the Customer Data"/ submitted prior to agreeing to the terms of participation in the System /hereinafter "the Terms"/ are true.

2.2.The Customer Data are forwarded to the Bank provided that the Customer consent is available pursuant to the procedure specified in chapter 4 herewith.

2.3.The Bank identifies the Customer on the basis of the Customer Data and sends a message to the e-mail address indicated by the Customer within 1 day. The message contains the following information:

-Authorization to participate in the System, including the Customer's username and password, or

-Rejection to participate in the System, with reasons indicated

3. Responsibility of the Parties

3.1. The Customer shall take all necessary and sufficient measures to ensure due application of the username and password provided for in sub-point 1 of point 2.3, the Terms, and prevention and preclusion of access thereto for third parties.

3.2. The Bank bears no responsibility for leakage of Customer information that is bank secret, if such leakage is caused by the fault or negligence of the Customer.
