SMS Converse service provides you a chance to make use of the following convenient srevices:

1. Information received on the basis of poll

This service will offer you an opportunity to  conduct SMS poll and receive information you are interest in.

Send a message at     short number and thanks to this service you can: 

Check of available balance of savings and card accounts
Bal (AMD, USD, EUR, RUR)

For check of available balance of savings and card accounts send a text message Bal to the short number 5112  and receive an answer on balance  of savings and card accounts. If you need to get information on the balance of one of savings or card accounts, then you need to mention the currency in the message, for e.g. Bal USD (AMD, RUR, EUR). If you don't have card/savings account in this currency, then you will receive a message notifying on it.

For the receipt of information on the deposit balance send a message Dep Bal to the 5112 short number . If you don't have any deposit invested in "Converse Bank", then you will get a message with a relevant notification.

For the receipt of information on the loan balance send a message Loan Bal to the 5112 short number . If you don't have any effective loan in "Converse Bank", then you will get a message with a relevant notification.

Verification of exchange rates of the Bank
Rates (USD, EUR, RUR)

For the receipt of information on the currencies of the Bank, prepare the following message by mentioning the currency you need: Rates (USD, EUR, RUR), after which send it to the short number 5112. After it you will receive a message on the exchange rate of cash and non-cash  purchase and sale of the currency defined for the day by the Central Bank and "Converse Bank" CJSC.  If the currency is not mentioned by you by mistake or is mentioned the wrong currency, you will get a corresponding message on it.

Requirement for blocking and unblocking cards

For operatively blocking of the card, obligatorily mention the first 6 and the last 4 digits of the card on preparation of the short message Card Block, after it send the message to the number 5112.  If the number is not mentioned in the message,  you will receive a response notifying on the lack of the number of the card to be blocked. In case of the card blocking, you will get a message on the fulfillment of card blocking claim.
Card unblock demand
Card Unblock (Card Number)
In case of necessity of card unblocking, send Card Unblock message to the 5112 short number by mentioning the first 6 and the last 4 digits  of the card number. If the number is not mentioned in the message,  you will receive a response notifying on the lack of the number of the card to be unblocked. In case of card unblocking, you will get a message on acceptance of application for card unblocking.

Attention: if the program fails to inform the Cards Issuance and Maintenance Unit, for some reasons, on the demand of card blocking or unblocking, then you will receive a message warning that the card blocking or unblocking  is unable to be performed and telephone numbers will be offered for communication with the Bank.

For the receipt of the list of SMS-Converse  services send a message  SMS List to the short number 5112 and get a message containing the whole list of the mentioned service.

Service tariff: For each SMS (at present - VivaCell and Beeline) AMD 70 will be charged from your mobile number, including VAT.

2. Receiving of information automatically, without a poll

Supervise withdrawals and entries from and of your card account, by receiving an SMS message on your cell phones  regarding details of conducted transactions,  as well as the balance, immediately after each transaction. It must be mentioned, that  the principal card may also supervise the movement of attached cards. 

Service tariff: For this service AMD 20 is charged from the telephone numbers of RA operators and AMD40 from the telephone numbers of foreign operators, including VAT. 

Henceforth you have a chance to get SMS on your mobile phone automatically on any transaction made trough your saving /current/ accounts, which will offer you an opportunity to be informed about transactions made through your account and the balance. 

Service tariff: For each SMS AMD 12 will be charged from your saving/current/ account, including VAT.
