Converse Bank has started the provision of student loans as part of the 14th Program of the RA Government aimed at neutralization of Coronavirus consequences. The loan interest rate is partially or completely refinanced by the “Apartment for Youth” CO. In particular, the institution fully subsidizes the loan interest rate for students with more than 80% of GPA, and by 5% for students with GPA lower than 80%.
