“Converse Bank” is issuing coupon bonds denominated in Armenian Drams (AMD) and US Dollar (USD).
On March 3, 2024, the Prospectus of 'Converse Bank' CJSC was registered by Resolution No. 1/108A of the Chairman of the Central Bank of Armenia. On May 30, 2024, and October 11, 2024, Supplements to the Prospectus were registered by Resolutions No. 1/191A and No. 1/391A, respectively, of the Chairman of the Central Bank of Armenia.
