QA Engineer, Digital Banking Center

Location: Yerevan

Job description: Converse Bank’s Digital Banking team looking for a QA Engineer who will do business automatization and digitization processes of banking, payments, asset and wealth management, risk and compliance. The candidate must have profound knowledge of signal processing, image recognition, and artificial intelligence is the key to help improve enterprise performance and simplify administrative processes in the financial cycles of our clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Revamp our automation coverage by working closely with Products, QAs, and developers on automating our test cases and scenarios,
  • Extend and maintain our test frameworks as needed and develop new testing tools,
  • Run and maintain automation scripts for new functionality and regression testing,
  • Assist in ongoing process improvement efforts to ensure test planning, execution, and reporting methods are effective, efficient, standardized, coordinated, and integrated,
  • Assist in designing test strategies, developing test tools and implementing test cases to ensure the highest quality deliverable,
  • Defect tracking and issue status reporting.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong knowledge of the quality assurance techniques, testing concepts, methodologies and tools;
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance;
  • Experience in web, mobile, applications testing;
  • Knowledge of QA and SDLC processes;
  • At least 1-2 years experience with one of the programming languages (C#, JavaScript or other programming language)
  • At least 1-2 years experience with writing tests (E2E, Integration, Unit)
  • At least 1-2 years experience with Selenium/Appium/Detox or another automation tool or framework;
  • Understanding of Object-Oriented Design
  • Able to recognize risks and errors in an application.
