Job description:
The Converse Bank is looking for a skilled professional to join the Analysis Team and to make financial analyses.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze the Bank’s financial results in general and by specific functions and business directions,
  •  Prepare the annual financial plan and the monthly/quarterly financial plan performances.
  • Calculate the Bank’s financial results and disclose to the international financial organizations within the scope of commitments assumed towards the latter,
  • Identify the Bank’s competitive advantages, research new segments and make recommendations for enhancement of the Bank’s market position,
  •  Analyze the competitive environment and estimate its impact on the Bank’s business,
  • Participate in the process of development of services offered by the Bank,
  •  Participate in the development of the Bank’s strategic plan,

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Job description:
Converse Bank is seeking for a specialist to join its Investment Operations Unit and fulfill the below responsibilities, establish and maintain stable relationships with customers and partners.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Development of customer investment declarations,
  •  Analysis and evaluation of investment opportunities (stocks, bonds, etc.)
  • Survey of general trends in domestic and foreign financial markets
  • Current management of portfolio assets management as a result of research and analysis, transfer of purchase/sale orders to the broker
  • Active participation in the development of the Bank's internal legal acts
  • Documentation and archiving of concluded transactions in accordance with the Bank's internal regulations

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor degree in Finance/Economics,
  • Work experience in the banking sector is preferable,

  • A professional qualification certificate is desirable (CFA, FRM),
