JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Individual and corporate customer service, servicing of cash and noncash transactions,
  • Provision of information to customers about services and terms offered by the Bank,
  • Identification of customer needs,
  • Acceptance and execution of payment orders of customers,
  • Processing and execution of cash debits and credits on bank, card and other transit accounts of the customer,
  • Acceptance and management of time deposits,
  • Foreign exchange (cash and noncash),
  • Payment of amounts received through fast transfer systems and effecting fast transfers,
  • Acceptance of utility payments,
  • Sales promotion of banking services,

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University degree in Economics,
  • Work experience in customer service is preferred,
  • Excellence in knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English,
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, competence in Armenian Software is a plus,
  • Ability to identify cash,
  • Good communication and negotiation skills,
  • Excellent problem solving skills,

Job description: Converse Bank is seeking for an experienced Auditor who will join the Internal Audit Team to carry out audit of procedures, as well as relevant risk disclosure and evaluation..

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review of internal controls, identification and assessment of risks, evaluation of operating effectiveness of processes and systems;
  • Examining of financial, accounting records and documents, testing of controls;
  • Compliance review to Laws and Regulations;
  • Drafting audit reports;
  • Other audit duties.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University degree in Finance/ Accounting/Economics or other related field;
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of banking legislation;
  • Knowledge of International Accounting Standards is preferable;
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken Armenian and English;
  • Knowledge of Armenian Software is preferable;
