USD Denominated Bonds Issued by "Converse Bank" CJSC

By the decision of the Chairman of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia No. 1/113 A dated April 09, 2025, the Program Prospectus of bonds issued by Converse Bank CJSC has been registered.
The placement of the issued bonds will take place from November 18, 2025, at 09:30, to February 18, 2026, at 16:30.

You can invest in bonds through the following methods:
• Via the Converse Mobile app
• By visiting any branch of the Bank
• By submitting a bond purchase application in accordance with the established procedure. The completed application must be sent to [email protected] or [email protected], and the payment for the acquired bonds must be made to the Bank’s account 1930043129906501 by 16:30 on the same day. When submitting the application via email, please also attach a copy of your passport and provide the investor’s contact number.
 

The allocation of these bonds was completed on 2026 January 9. The Bank will apply to the Armenia Securities Exchange to list the allocated bonds
