Was born on July 25, 1980.

In 1997-2003 studied at Economics Department of Yerevan State University.

Started professional activity in 2003 at the Central Bank of Armenia as Banking Methodologist, Banking Methodology Unit, Financial System Policy and Analysis Department.

In 2008-2012 he worked as Senior Supervisor at Bank Supervision Unit 1 of Financial Supervision Department, and in 2014-2016 as Head of FX Transactions Supervision Unit of the Central Bank of Armenia.

In 2016-2019 he was the Internal Audit Department Director of Armbusinessbank CJSC.

Since May 29, 2019 is the Head of Internal Audit of Converse Bank CJSC.
