Eureka: for all depositors re-placing their "Progress" Time Deposits

From now on, those depositors who whish to re-place their Progress Time Deposits will be presented with a pleasant surprise from Converse Bank:
- if the deposit term remains unchanged the interest rate is the current rate on deposits for the corresponding period plus 0.25%
- if the new term is longer than three months then the interest rate is the current rate on deposits for the corresponding period plus 0.5%
Note also that the above terms apply to re-placed time deposits converted into a currency different from that of the initial deposit.
